Terms and Conditions

1. The General Terms and Conditions of Service apply to this promotion and can be viewed at www.jeeves.com.hk/terms-and-conditions.
2. This promotion is exclusive to Jeeves Club Members with valid membership and is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026.
3. The 50% discount applies exclusively to Stain Guard Treatment (Protective Stain Guard and Liquid Repellant Service) on garments, shoes, handbags, fabric accessories and select suede & leather items only.
4. Discount applies to the service fee of eligible items only. All surcharges are applied at the normal rates.
5. Stain Guard is a temporary protective treatment that may slow the absorption of light spills. It does not fully waterproof items and is not guaranteed to protect against all liquids or stains (some may be heat-sensitive or contain reactive chemicals). Jeeves accepts no liability for any stains or dirt. The protective layer washes off during subsequent cleaning.
6. All items are subject to inspection and Jeeves acceptance. Jeeves reserves the right to decline any item deemed unsuitable.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, vouchers, discounts or membership privileges.
8. Full payment is required.
9. Turnaround time follows the standard Jeeves schedule.
10. Jeeves reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
11. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Jeeves is final.

3. 五折優惠只適用於防污護理服務（防污及防水保護服務），範圍包括服裝、鞋履、手袋、布料配飾，以及指定麂皮及皮革製品。
4. 優惠僅適用於合資格項目的服務費用。所有附加費將按正常收費標準計算。
5. 防污護理為臨時保護處理，或可減慢輕微污漬的吸收速度。此服務並非完全防水，亦不保證可防護所有液體或污漬（部分物質可能對熱敏感或含有反應性化學成分）。Jeeves 對任何污漬或髒污概不負責。保護層會在其後清洗過程中被洗掉。
6. 所有物品須經 Jeeves 檢查並確認接收。Jeeves 保留拒絕處理任何被視為不適合之物品的權利。
7. 此優惠不可與其他優惠、禮券、折扣或會員禮遇同時使用。
8. 須繳付全數費用。
9. 完成時間將按照 Jeeves 之標準處理時間。
10. Jeeves 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止此優惠而不作另行通知之權利。
11. 如有任何爭議，Jeeves 保留最終決定權。
